This is the hotel that the Tsokkos Hotel Chain has forgotten about..... This is our 3 year visiting Protaras and the hotel has a lot to improve on - it's old, tired and in desperate need of a makeover - which is a real shame as the location in terms of the beach and the strip is excellent and to be honest probably the only positive I can come up with. Room - decent bed, shower is good. Cleaning non existent, often had to ask for fresh towels, and it's almost as if one person does one thing, someone else is doing something else, so the room is never actually cleaned properly Food - we went half board and had 1 meal at the hotel - the remainder of the time we ate out. I am not fussy but even I struggled to eat something, not sure if it is because it is coming to the end of the season and they are just trying to use everything or if this is the norm, but it was very disappointing, even breakfast which normally is ok. Staff - grumpy - no other words for it really - I honestly don't know if I say any of them smile and the restaurant manager was very rude to his staff Sunbeds - what can I say apart from good luck! Unless you are planning to be up between 6.30 - 7.00 to hopefully grab a bed then in all honesty don't bother, the staff don't seem to care that towels are left unattended pretty much all day Overall a real disappointment compared to where we have stayed before, if you are coming with children I would definitely look elsewhere

Absolutely Fantastic Stay – We’ll Definitely Be Returning! ❤️ From start to finish, everything about our stay was excellent. We honestly couldn’t fault this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel and rooms were cleaned daily, and everywhere was spotless. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting us warmly and making us feel welcome. Special thanks to Eva and Kristof, who were incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant staff also deserve great credit for working tirelessly to ensure everyone was looked after. Despite being constantly busy, they remained happy, attentive and approachable. I’m sorry I didn’t learn everyone’s names, as they all deserve recognition. In the middle of the strip which is superb, right on the beachfront, with beautiful views of the beach and boardwalk. The pools were clean and well maintained. Sunbeds were easy to find if we arrived by around 9am, although the front-row beds were understandably taken earlier. The food was lovely, with plenty of variety on the half-board option, which we really enjoyed. We usually book bed and breakfast, but were very pleased we chose half board this time. The manager deserves a special mention too. When we raised a minor issue, it was dealt with immediately and very helpfully. We got married in Cyprus and return every year to celebrate our anniversary. We’ve stayed in more expensive hotels, but honestly, this one beats them all. Some decor may be slightly dated, but didn’t affect stay

Little gem

The hotel is looking a little dated but the staff were all great and the rooms were kept very clean. The location on the beach and main strip is amazing. The breakfast was basic and no frills but was adequate for our needs. Food hygiene was good.

Fint och rent rum, resten lite old fashion, inte så mycket som uppdaterats på flera år kändes det som. Positivt att det var så nära till stranden och att man fick låna gymmet på systerhotellet. Maten var sådär.
