A generously sized lounge area features a comfortable sofa bed, complemented by a smart television and a fireplace, creating a cozy ambiance. Seamless connectivity is ensured with complimentary Wi-Fi accessible throughout the residence.Adjacent to the living area, a modern, fully equipped kitchen awaits, boasting premium amenities such as a microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. An island bar with stools provides a convenient space for casual dining, while a dining table accommodating up to six guests offers an ideal setting for more formal gatherings.A corridor branching off from the living room leads to three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a double bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a luxurious walk-in shower. A second double bedroom and a third bedroom featuring two single beds provide ample accommodation options for guests. Additionally, the residence features a main bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a washing machine, along with a guest WC for added convenience.Luxury Residence Faneromeni enjoys a privileged location, situated just 4 kilometers from the bustling Larnaca Harbour and the renowned Finikoudes promenade. For shopping enthusiasts, the Metropolis Mall is conveniently located a mere 3 kilometers away, offering a diverse array of retail and entertainment options. Whether exploring the city's cultural landmarks or indulging in retail therapy, this exclusive residence promises an unparalleled experience of luxury and convenience in Larnaca.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.

Very nice place in walking distance to a few shops and eateries. Only the bare basics though, so if you plan to use the kitchen, there aren't oven mitts or basics like salt. Bring or buy anything you need apart from furniture and sheets.
