Great stay at this hotel. Andy the waiter is faultless. All the ladies on reception go above and beyond to help out. We missed the daytime music and entertainment by the pool in the day. We would definitely return

Lovely hotel, particularly the pool and terrace areas. Staff attentive and friendly and the room was spacious and clean with a great sea view. We were underwhelmed by the breakfast - the quality was ok, the selection was ok, we would expect a better quality and range of breakfast, better coffee etc for a 5 star. That said, we had a great stay and everything else was great.

I hate giving bad reviews but this hotel is advertised as 5 star on some sites and 4 star on others and it’s neither! Grumpy staff (apart from Andy in Restaurant and Anastasia and Pavlos? in Lobby Bar), really slow service at pool bar, seemed like only one member of staff allowed to serve drinks whilst the rest just stared at you when you ask to be served. Every dish in the buffet for every meal was either luke warm or cold and whilst there was a choice every night, it felt like the same choice every night. We found mould growing on sun beds under the plastic protection sheet they use to keep them dry when it rains and also on the curtains in our room facing the window and the indoor pool was discusting. There were guests with dogs who were allowed everywhere, including the restaurant (one eating off the table!) and places where children were playing and smoking was allowed anywhere outdoors including dining tables & sun beds - and a lot of people seem to smoke in Cyprus!!. This is also a popular venue for local weddings but they take over the hotel with no prior notice to guests. The pictures on the website are very misleading and reality is a long way from the image they portray. So disappointed.
