「Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was kept spotless, breakfast on the rooftop was delicious, and it's really well located near the seafront. Above all though, the staff were so friendly and really helpful.」

「Fantastic friendly start, hotel was clean and tidy. A little dated in parts but good amenities. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main promenade where all the restaurants and bars are, but a nice walk. Would definitely recommend 」

「The hotel is well situated minutes from the beach and conveniently located for shops. The receptionists are ere exceptional, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable with a massive TV, tea and coffee and ensuite. The toiletries were wonderful. Breakfast was 7:30 to 10 and included in my deal. To say it was sumptuous would not do it justice. I hope to return later this year. 」

「The room setting, service and light breakfast were very good. It was only the toilet odour in our room that we dislike most. We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. Other than this problem, we are very satisfied with the room.」

「The view and location were the best parts of this stay. Rooms were large. Surprisingly quiet considering how busy the area is and its proximity to the airport. Beds were extremely hard. Could use a deep cleaning. Rather sparse as far as apartment contents, but we weren't there to hang out in the apartment. Very convenient to many restaurants. Overall, a good stay, but could use some more special touches to make visitors feel welcome.」

「The hotel hallways and rooms, were spotless. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and although we were a bit concerned about after hours check-in using a lock box to get room key, details provided were excellent and access was seamless. It has a great location, and despite just off main avenue, it was very quiet. This is a 3-star property meaning there are no extra amenities like restaurant, gym or pool so wouldn't recommend for families with kids. It's good value for someone looking...

「Staff were very professional and super helpful. Rooms are good but the heating/air conditioning system is bad: it is preset to certain mode that cannot be changed for individual rooms, our room was very hot and the system was still on heating」
