LARRESSORE, C359: 3-room apartment adjoining the owners' home. Located in a small cul-de-sac, this accommodation offers a pleasant environment close to amenities. You access the ground floor via the small terrace at the front. The main room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, vitro hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc.). A separate toilet serves the ground floor. The lounge area is equipped with an armchair, a TV and a sofa.
The upper floor offers two bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 cm bed and a dressing room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency)

An inventory of the accommodation is carried out at each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us anything that they believe is not in conformity, or anything that our services have forgotten to report.
If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will allow us to note that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:

- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/one week: €5.
