「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「The people and the service and the quality of the environment were outstanding. Alex and Fran on the front reception were wonderful (and we were difficult as I needed a great room to work in and my wife had interviews for CNN and a podcast to do) and Alex and Fran made everything sparkle.
