“I loved this place! The room was a little far and downhill but to me it didn’t matter because as soon as I opened the door to my room I was greeted to a balcony room overlooking a beautiful ocean view! I slept the whole night with the door to the balcony open just to hear the waves crashing! The pools were perfect! We order food and drinks! There’s also a lot to explore around the property such as hiking trails and kayaking! And the beach was probably top 5 most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen……

“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

“El hotel es bellísimo, cómodo, los cuartos de primera, alberca limpia y cuentan con estacionamiento. Pueden mejorar en atención, sólo el gerente y la chica del restaurante estuvieron atentos. No hubo servicio de desayuno en el restaurante aunque se supone que abren diario, por lo que tuvimos que salir. El wifo muy malo, hay muchas redes pero sólo la de los cuartos tenía más o menos un poco de conexión. Las demás redes nunca sirvieron.”

“This was the most disappointing stay I’ve ever experienced. My sisters and I booked a “penthouse suite” advertised as 2 bed/2 bath for a wedding trip, but the unit was completely misrepresented. The space was extremely dark with little natural light and felt nothing like a penthouse. The bedrooms were so small we couldn’t fit our luggage, and the layout was cramped enough that I aggravated a pre-existing knee injury. It’s also inaccurately listed—it’s only 1.5 baths. There was a strong……

“Angel was so helpful to us. He is a great host! This was our 4th visit to this wonderful place. We love the Coqui room that overlooks the beach, with its great sunsets. ”

“No room phone connected, nobody to answer the phone when you call the lobby using google maps number and nobody at the front counter for over 20 min while i was trying to figure out if there was a timer or a button since the hot tub was the same temperature as the cold pool. Also they charge for basically everything to expect to spend an additional 80+ per person if you plan on having one meal and a couple drinks there. ”

“Nice view. Very friendly owners helpful if you needed anything. Nice clean inside air-conditioned in the bedrooms. The three bedroom had a couch and a full kitchen and a kitchen table along with a bunk bed and one bedroom. Two queen size beds in the other two bedrooms. Two bathrooms. One is a shower and toilet. The other one is just a toilet we'll totally recommend”
