Gran Canaria Las Palmas Beaches Hotels

"Good sized room with amazing view of the mountains and incredible sunsets. The room and hotel generally are very well maintained and clean. Reception staff always efficient and friendly. The restaurant staff could be more welcoming with the exception of Fatima who was a ray of sunshine at breakfast - very efficient and always smiling. The choices at breakfast were excellent with table service for hot food and pots of tea and coffee which is so much better than the hot drinks machines. The 3 courses dinners were of a high quality but limited choices on the menu which was the same for our 3 night stay. The location is ideal for keen hikers with a number of stunning walks from the hotel. This is our second stay and we hope to return again next year."

"Sra Paqui was very helpful and accommodating when we were delayed by over 2 hours in our arrival.The house has a lot of character and charm, but is in need of maintenance to bring it up to standard.The house is supposed to have heating but the heating controls were locked inside a box and two mobile propane heaters were provided for heat. I would describe the property as having heaters, not heating."

Loved the pool and all the beautiful palm trees, plants and fruit trees surrounding property. Lovely hosts, who were friendly and very welcoming. We would definitely love to return. "We really enjoyed our week here, a very nice traditional Casa, spacious and comfortable. The manager is very friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. There are many nice walks that one can do from the doorstep, and the views across the valley are very scenic. And Santa Lucia with its restaurants and shops is just a few minutes away. "
