- A perfect beach vacation home among coconut and mango trees, with a private pool; the house has 2 staff, a maid and a gardener; we provide bathroom towels, soap, and a hair dryer; we also have a baby monitor and crib, plus family games and a selected book library; the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, toaster, microwave, wine cooler, plus aromatic Dominican coffee + a coffee maker, etc.; our home also has modern furniture & decoration, 55" Smart TV, WiFi, 7 ceiling fans, 3 ACs, a washing machine & dryer, and a private parking for 2 autos; we also offer courtesy beach chairs and towels.

We loved staying at Casa Victoria. The house was perfect for us as a family and we really enjoyed the housekeeping as well as cooking. The beach, which is very close (a few minutes by foot) was clean and with shallow waters, skowly getting deeper. Little minimarket close by and las Terrenas is only a short drive away. Victoria is a geat host!

A true home by the sea under the palms
Easy and uncomplicated with a dash of true internationalism and flair. Victoria is a perfect host and the home works in every way. Perfect for families. Safe, fun and memorable.

Wonderful house in amazing location
We had an amazing stay in Victoria’s house from the Checkin (we arrived very late) through the entire week. Victoria has been one of the best hosts we ever had in house rentals in Las Terrenas. The house is nicely decorated with a personal flair, and is a few minutes walking distance away from the beautiful and calm Portillo beach. We appreciated the extra service with daily cleaning and breakfast preparation.

Villa Victoria is perfect
First of all, Victoria is such a nice lady, she introduced herself and was kind enough to give us a list of her favorite locations in the area prior to arrival. Maritza is the housekeeper and is a wonderful person, chiquito the gardener did many errands for us and is extremely kind. The villa was clean, comfortable and close to everything. If you are lookinv for a safe area, close to restaurants, and beach Casa Victoria is it! 10/10 would recommend.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the outstanding stay at your villa. The accommodations were impeccable, and the attention received from Victoria was truly fantastic! The breathtaking views of the beach which was just a 5 minutes walk from the villa. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Really had a great time staying in Casa Victoria. Victoria and her husband Salem were really great host. They made sure we were ok and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The house is beautiful with a really nice swimming pool and just 3 minutes walking distance from one the best beaches I would say in the area. Maritza and her daughter were great!! They cook for us every day and made sure we were good. Chiquito helped when we need him and he was great as well. I wanna thank Victoria and Salem for being sure great host.
