My experience at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. The description provided online did not accurately reflect the reality of the property, which led to unmet expectations from the start.
The staff appeared disengaged and unresponsive, offering little assistance during our stay. Given the price paid, the level of service and overall experience did not justify the cost.
One major issue was the lack of soundproofing. Noise from outside was clearly audible throughout the night. Additionally, there was significant noise coming from another room due to a couple engaging in intimate activity, which was extremely uncomfortable—especially since my child was present in the room with us.
Overall, this stay did not meet basic standards of comfort, professionalism, or value. I would not recommend this hotel to families or travelers seeking a peaceful and reliable stay.
