My Vegas Trip

I thought the check in process could have been a little better. I also thought my television options were limited. Would have liked to have been able to watch football on Sunday 🏈

Spring Break

Host was very nice, however, the property is not nice. There was trash scattered throughout the complex (back window view) with old tables and chairs stacked and sitting outside. The doors would not shut properly and the bed linens had old (washed) stains. Both toilets in unit had to be snaked during our stay and not useable for a day and we were told by the property manager that the unit had sewer issues before. Full time residents above unit had an alteration and was screaming at each other for over an hour at 6AM. It was not the accommodations that we were hoping for and will not stay again.

Very clean.

Very clean, easy parking. Only drawback for me was super loud people upstairs. Nothing the host could control of course but was just rough. Sounded like they were moving furniture all night three nights in a row.

Do not stay here

I booked the listing because we needed a place off the strip where we could have our dog stay with us. It was not what we expected or what is represented at all. The place is dingy and looks clean on the surface... The front door to the apartment only has one lock - the keypad lock so if anyone has the code they can just walk right in. The front door also has cracks around the plates looking like someone once tried to kick it in. The arm at the top of the front door is also broken. All of these things were a safety concern for us, not to mention the man that knocked on the door to talk to "management" and look in the apartment at us and our luggage. The furniture is not as nice as it looks in the photos, as a matter of fact, half of the photos on this listing are of another apartment. We noticed right away that you could hear every movement the upstairs neighbor made as if they were in the room with us. Not ideal for a dog at all, let alone for anyone to sleep. The master bedroom fan was running on full speed (mind you it was thirty degrees outside and the fan did not need to be on) and there was no way to turn it off because the strings to change the settings were broken off inside the fan. The owner called the maintenance over right away to fix the fan - which he just broke rather than fixing. When the fan over the master was broken by the maintenance worker and it stopped spinning, there was a noticeable black layer of dust over every blade not just something on the top but it looked like it had not been touched for months. If you remove the one thin pillowcase on the pillows you will notice big yellow stains on them. Needless to say, none of these things the noise, the broken door and the nasty pillows fan etc. could be fixed at 10:00 at night. We had to find another place to stay at 10:00pm three days before NYE. We left - not having touched a thing and let the owner know as soon as we did. I am still waiting for a refund from the owner who is not taking responsibility for these problems – saying that he walked the apartment that night and things were “fine” not addressing any of the specific issues. I have rented many units/homes/cabins etc off of vacation rental sites and never had an experience like this. If you are looking for a place to cram in tons of people who don't care what they are sleeping on - this is your place. If you are looking for a comfortable secure place to sleep in a clean bed do not rent here.

Owner answer all questions and fix all problems... i didn’t like the area at first, but actually loved it at the end...it’s location is near everything. I can’t lie i dislike the fact the A/C is like all bills paid, i like my A/C to stay on a certain temperature, but overall everything was great and i would stay again if possible in the future.

Property was easy to get in and out of and to reach the strip I felt safe at this location. Rio the building manager took.care of all our needs and the owner was great too. I would visit again

Everything looked just like the pictures. Looked good.

We were greeted by the property manager when we arrived and he made sure everything was ok. The condo was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend to stay at this property.
