Great location. Great property. No issues with communication. I would have given it 5 stars, but both the pool and the fitness center were closed; I would have like to have known that in advance. (That's probably not the owner's fault.)

Cozy getaway in the heart of Vegas

The Elara Hilton vacation Club has a great location next to planet Hollywood and the miracle mile shops. The unit is specious and clean with comfortable king size bed. The kitchenette has everything you need for your stay. My husband and I had a great time and would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elara, Hilton Grand Vacations. Our mini suite was neat, clean and spacious. Since this is a time-share property, we were somewhat skeptical that we might be approached to listen to their talk, but this wasn’t the case at all. We would love to stay there again!

Get away for my sons 21st

Excellent location. Pool looks really fun but January it was closed. Right in the miracle mile mall with a short walk to planet Hollywood casino. Plenty of choices for food with the miracle mileMall. No casino which is nice due to all the people in the casinos. Will def be back!!!

Had a business event to attend and my collegues selected the Elara. I was blown away by the size and form if the room. Loved the in room washer and kitchen, especially enjoyed the projector for evening movies. Welcomed the zero casino lobby and the mag mile shops for downtime. Will stay avain

Elara by Hilton - Great Location

Overall great experience with Elara by Hilton location. Great communication from Owners regarding checkin, room was exactly as described. Great location to enjoy the best of the Las Vegas Strip for the price. Only challenge was understanding the parking situation and finding where to park but once figured out, no issues. Recommend the room and would stay there again.

Love the Elara

Enjoyed our stay and at a reasonable price. Unit is small but comfortable. Slept well on bed. Nice large tv. Reported tub spout leakage at wall connection to maintenance. Parking is better (closer) than most.

Cleaning the room

My only complaint is it took 9 days before the property was cleaned meaning we had to use the same towels and bed linen for over a week. It does state that cleaning the room is only done every 3-4 days which is ok but after repeated requests to housekeeping/fr desk for clean towels and change bed linen it was finally done . Location is first class and the rest of the hotel was lovely but you shouldn’t have to complain on a daily basis for the basic things

Nice property, a few hiccups.

The room was very nice, clean and well appointed. Staff very friendly. Internet service went out repeatedly during our stay which was a major problem as this was a business trip for me. Also, six days before my trip, the owner notifies me that they cannot provide all the nights I reserved. After frantically searching for and finding an alternative, I tell them to cancel my reservation. When I do that, the problem is somehow resolved and they honor my original reservation. My credit card was also charged for the full amount of the stay when I made the reservation, something other property owners did not do when I used vrbo in the past.

Great trip to vegas

Beautiful hotel. Room was very nice. Centrally located one block off the strip just behind planet Hollywood. Connected to the miracle mile, so it was a short inside walk to the strip. Free parking in the attached parming garage was a bonus.
