Our home is perfectly located for families looking to relax and explore Henderson. Within 5–10 minutes, you can visit the Water Street District, home to family-friendly restaurants, seasonal festivals, and local shops. Just 5 minutes away, the Clark County Heritage Museum brings Nevada history to life with interactive exhibits and a recreated historic street.

Looking for outdoor fun? The Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve (10 mins) offers peaceful trails and wildlife spotting, while Sloan Canyon (15–20 mins) has scenic hikes and ancient petroglyphs for adventurous families. Cool off at Cowabunga Bay Water Park (10 mins), a favorite with kids of all ages!
