Absolutely lovely, so big almost oversized room with a large jacuzzi, huge balcony and an amazing view. Shortest walk to the MGM convention too. Clean and odorless. Staff is very friendly and professional. Will definitely come again based on availability. Thank you so much!

Pool was great. To bad they close it at 5. Also we had jetted deep jacuzzi tub. The jets in our tub did not work. I called front desk, they said they could not help since i book through a 3rd party.

Overall we had a great experience at Signature MGM. The room was great and very clean. The only "minor" complaint would be that the guide on the TV would not display. We would definitely stay here again next time in Vegas.

Our mini fridge didn't work the whole time we were there, despite our multiple requests for help. A maintenance person did come once, but it wasn't fixed. We lost a lot of our groceries that we brought with us on our trip.

The initial room was dirty when we arrived. There was brown stain on the carpet that could have either been chocolate or 💩. The TV had a hole in the middle of it and looked like someone had punctured it with something. The cushions on the couch looked dirty and stained. There was no one to really help us move to another room because this is a private owner. It was even difficult trying to get extra towels and wash rags. I spent 2 hours on the phone the first night and most of the next day trying to get moved to another room

Hot tub jets didnt work. Beautiful hotel but i booked for 5 nights and they wanted to charge me $30 for more towels since i guess expedia doesnt have room services like that?!? And although there was no resort fee there was a $300 hold though to be aware of. The beds and showers were clean but baseboards were yellowing and dusty. Could use a deep clean from time to time

The room I stayed is not maintained by the hotel, I was told that if I want to get room cleaned I have to contact the booking platform. Besides the room space with bed, sofa area, a simple cooking station and a bathroom there were no amenities at all. e.g.no tooth brushes, no slippers, what's surprising was that there was only one bottle of 3-in-one shampoo+conditioner+bodywash and the toilet paper and facial paper were so limited. for a room of daily rate at $200+, the offer was definitely below average.

Room was fine. Definitely needs an updated remodel. Things are pretty beat up and dated. Clean, yes. Smell to the toilet closet that was interesting. Smelled like a sewer had backed up. Love that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. Staff was fine. Nothing to write home about. It was a fine stay. Very average.

The property management is a little confusing because I've had to contact both Expedia, Zelloo, and Livily. I was not aware of this since it wasn't mentioned in the property details. The photos provided also look like a mix of multiple room properties, so I can't say it matched what we expected. Also, ours did not have a balcony. Overall, our family with children had a good stay. The Livily staff did the best they could, was responsive by text. Since it's not managed by the hotel, it was hard not treat this like an airbnb stay. Parking: Complimentary valet. Unfortunately, the valet fills up every night so you might as well go straight to the MGM Grand self-parking garage and have the lobby give you a voucher to cover parking each time. Location: We were located in Tower 1 so it was conveniently close to the MGM Grand pools and their food hall. Comfort: Bath towels, hand towels, floor towel, and separate bottles of lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided. Mattress was comfortable and sheets were clean. Cleanliness: Not a huge deal but might matter for others. The drain in the shower looked like it was rusting. The shower had had buildup that should be taken care of. The fridge is nice but it ended up freezing everything we had. There was a hole in the wooden cabinet of the kitchenette area, maybe from another guest. Carpet and furniture has some stains. Unusual for a luxury brand that's all.

Everything was good!! What I didn’t like they don’t keep any shampoo, conditioner or decent bar soap at the property. There’s also not hand soap at the bathroom sink. I did ask about room service and didn’t ever get anyone. I also asked for stuff at the front desk and they basically won’t help with anything because you’re not a hotel guest. There was no option to check in early. They wouldn’t offer toiletries and they don’t have anything to do with housekeeping. And that aspect it’s a little nicer just to book with the actual hotel.
