Absolutely lovely, so big almost oversized room with a large jacuzzi, huge balcony and an amazing view. Shortest walk to the MGM convention too. Clean and odorless. Staff is very friendly and professional. Will definitely come again based on availability. Thank you so much!

Pool was great. To bad they close it at 5. Also we had jetted deep jacuzzi tub. The jets in our tub did not work. I called front desk, they said they could not help since i book through a 3rd party.

The room I stayed is not maintained by the hotel, I was told that if I want to get room cleaned I have to contact the booking platform. Besides the room space with bed, sofa area, a simple cooking station and a bathroom there were no amenities at all. e.g.no tooth brushes, no slippers, what's surprising was that there was only one bottle of 3-in-one shampoo+conditioner+bodywash and the toilet paper and facial paper were so limited. for a room of daily rate at $200+, the offer was definitely below average.

Hot tub jets didnt work. Beautiful hotel but i booked for 5 nights and they wanted to charge me $30 for more towels since i guess expedia doesnt have room services like that?!? And although there was no resort fee there was a $300 hold though to be aware of. The beds and showers were clean but baseboards were yellowing and dusty. Could use a deep clean from time to time

Room was fine. Definitely needs an updated remodel. Things are pretty beat up and dated. Clean, yes. Smell to the toilet closet that was interesting. Smelled like a sewer had backed up. Love that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. Staff was fine. Nothing to write home about. It was a fine stay. Very average.

Everything was good!! What I didn’t like they don’t keep any shampoo, conditioner or decent bar soap at the property. There’s also not hand soap at the bathroom sink. I did ask about room service and didn’t ever get anyone. I also asked for stuff at the front desk and they basically won’t help with anything because you’re not a hotel guest. There was no option to check in early. They wouldn’t offer toiletries and they don’t have anything to do with housekeeping. And that aspect it’s a little nicer just to book with the actual hotel.

I GOT CANCELLED!!

I Made a reservation a few weeks prior. Drove 5 hours to my hotel. Seen hotel had refrigerator so we stopped at grocery store to buy some groceries for us. When i arrived at hotel. They could not find reservation. They could not get a hold of the room Owner to a activate the reservation process. They tried 3 times. I had to find another hotel with no refrigerator across town and get me an ice chest to keep my food from going bad. First night was ruined..

Overall we had a great experience at Signature MGM. The room was great and very clean. The only "minor" complaint would be that the guide on the TV would not display. We would definitely stay here again next time in Vegas.
