Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay, we loved all the bathrooms and having tons of space and a balcony. Kitchen was fully stocked. Excellent experience having such engaged and responsive hosts. Lazy river at mgm access was a plus. Awesome spot!

Stayed here with a group of close friends for our trip to Vegas. The penthouse was spacious, clean, and had all of the essentials there. The host was very responsive and accommodating during our stay, which made the experience all the better. This location is very close to the Vegas strip, which makes it a very convenient stay if you want to experience the Vegas strip. Thank you!

This place was just as advertised. Absolutely beautiful. Took my 21-year old twin sons for their first Vegas trip, so we needed both rooms and the space for them, and my wife and me. This place is great. Owner was responsive when I emailed him a question, and the Signature staff was good at check-in/check-out too. Highly recommend this place.

The condo is great with two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. That extra bathroom works well when getting ready to go out. We liked the balcony to sit out and enjoy a drink. What an amazing experience to have two perfect rooms with king beds and great bathrooms each. So hard to fine nowadays. My sister and her husband and my husband and I had a fantastic time at the signature MGM. Our hosts were beyond amazing. We will be back

Would suggest a more detailed list of items available for use. When we flew in from out of state, we were expecting more items to use for cooking and cleaning up. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. Salt and pepper, dishwasher soap etc. would have been nice to have. No extra blankets for the pullout couches A little disappointed based on other VRBO places we’ve stayed. Great place- just a few suggestions.

My family and I recently stayed at this property to celebrate a milestone birthday. The rooms are beautiful and the views are amazing from the balcony. It worked very well for our family to have 3 bathrooms, the property is close to the strip, and the pool area is clean and spacious . Stayed here for a girls birthday weekend. The two adjoining suites were perfect for 6 ladies. Gorgeous views, helpful staff and very helpful property manager. Would stay again!
