The first night was great but unfortunately the next night the next door neighbors had a very loud event going until 12:30. 😞

Hi Cheryl, we leave the mattress topper on for those who like it. You can always take it off if you prefer the bed without it. We always clean the yard as part of preparing for your stay. Las Vegas is extremely windy. If things get disheveled in the small courtyard as a result of the wind, you can request another clean up when you arrive. Thanks

Great Location, better than the Casinos
This location and place is perfect for those who want access to the strip but better parking and privacy and especially with a pup. The private courtyard was perfect for our pups, the weather was nice so we could leave the door open and let them have in and out privilege(too big for the dog door) and the park across the street was great. The street is not busy so we walked in the park several times a day. The studio was nicely equipped. There is a water pump outside of the studio that can be very loud if you do leave the door open though. We will definately be stay here again.

COMFORTABLE & RELAXING
I traveled with my two chihuahuas and the place was so, so perfect. The courtyard was so private and safe. Designated parking right in front and so quiet! I moved to Phoenix recently to be closer to my daughter who lives in Vegas and I will definitely book again for each of my upcoming trips to visit. I cannot say enough...

70th Birthday Celebration
This property was perfect for my spouse and l. Very clean and so adorable! Communication with the owner was awesome, all my questions were answered in the same day in a timely fashion. The neighborhood is really quiet which made my stay even more pleasant. I would definitely recommend this property.

This property was beautiful and, cozy, and private. I also loved the view of the park with work out
It was very clean comfortable and I felt safe. I love the park across the way with the workout equipment. I would definitely recommend they stay for a couple or a single family that’s queen size bed, and a couch that turns into a bed. It’s definitely a ideal room with a kitchenette in French the bathroom was beautiful top was huge and I love the lighting with Deming effect Wi-Fi and Roku was wonderful. It’s nice that it had a washer and dryer. However the washer needed adjusting but I’m sure it’s been fixed. I’d recommend this property to anyone and I’d love to use this property again in the future , the owners were prompt at responding with no problems to address any issues.

Nice quiet stay outside the strip.
Property was exactly as described. Easy check in process. Property is located in a quiet neighborhood off the strip. Nice to be away from the crowd but close enough to get to all our shows and casinos quickly. Rich is easy to work with and quick to respond with anything you need. Pets were allowed and it was so nice to be right across the street from the park to let them run and play. Thank you for the nice home away from home!

Perfect Little Spot
I needed a place to spend the night with my dog that was a little more private than a hotel because of my dog's anxiety. This guest suite was perfect for keeping her stress down. It was clean, and the neighborhood was nice. There was even a cute, dog friendly park right across the street for my dog's morning walk. I liked how close it was to the aiport so we could catch our morning flight without an issue.

Sweet Spot!
Adorable suite across from a park that was dog friendly. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors and perfect for one or two people and a dog. I didn't want to leave! Thank you to management for being available for my lock out and help with the high tech stove top!

Good location in a nice neighborhood. The park across the street was a nice bonus to go play with and walk my dog. Very nice having a dog door and completely private patio. I also just appreciate property owner allowing animals. Cute, comfortable, clean place to stay.

Overall it was a great experience
I enjoyed the stay at this location. The place was nice, the area is close to the strip(about 10 mins). This place is located in a nice and quite neighborhood. I had a few minor consercerns when it comes to cleanliness thought. The bed had other peoples hair in it still and the pillows had some stains on the back of them. Another concern was the ac unit no matter how i tried to get it to go colder, the ac unit still didnt deliver. Thankfully the owner left fans in the place. Otherwise it would have been uncomfortable to sleep due to the heat.

Loved this place!
This place was great since we were traveling with 2 dogs. The dog door and outdoor fenced area was very convenient! The location was great and has a nice park across the street. The bed was very comfy! I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Las Vegas!

Perfect Pet Friendly Location For a Short Stay
The home itself is small but offered everything we needed for our stay after our road trip. The host provided instructions prior to our access time, and we easily found our way inside. Having the park directly across the street was amazing since we brought along our doggo. Overall we had a great stay, and the bed offered a very comfortable sleep after our long drive! We found as we were leaving there was a Britta pitcher in the cabinets, and we wish it would have been left out, as we would have used it if we had known about it on arrival. The only other thing which would make the place even better would be to have a toilet paper stand in the bathroom. Thank you!

Comfy Spot In Quiet Neighborhood
We were in Vegas for the evening, and needed a safe space to crash overnight. The accomodations were clean, and included everything a person would need plus some. This is the safest place I have stayed so far in Vegas, and it definitely gave us peace of mind. Ease of access was great, and it was awesome having a place to park.

Nice duplex near the Vegas strip.
We enjoyed our stay at the duplex. Everything was as described. Only 4 1/2 miles from the strip, so Uber's were easy. Nice park across the street and the neighborhood seemed pretty safe. Had an issue with the AC controller. Call the owner and the problem was resolved right away. Plenty of cooking supplies and nice refrigerator. Some notes - The hot water controls on the shower are backwards, but we figured it out. The bed was way to soft for us. It had a memory foam type mattress, with another one on top of it, so getting in / out was hard, but we managed. Would stay here again if we come back to Vegas.

It was a great stay overall. The only thing that seemed to be a problem was the sheets on the bed that had pet hairs on them but we were able to wash them with the washer they provided.

Great Stay
We stayed here for a full week and it was prefect for us. Even though our fat little Aussie couldn't fit through the doggy door. The park was great and so handy. The neighorhood is a nice family oriented one and everyone that I came in contact with were very friendly. The location couldn't have been better for us. Very easy to get to the Tropicanna where we like to park our rig to run around on the Strip. Rick always answered my messages in a timely manner and I believe that he does everything that he can to make everyone's visit as good as it can be. We would for sure stay here again.

Very clean and cute. Posting was accurate and although it is attached to a home, the walls were thick and it was quiet. It was nice to have the park across the street for my pups. A lot of businesses nearby to grab coffee, food, etc. Would stay again!
