The studio also includes a large washer/dryer, custom closet with plenty of hangers and a nice desk and work area. It also features a dining set that overlooks the park across the street. This studio is one side of a duplex, yet still has its own private entrance, private courtyard with small dog door for pups to go in and out as they please, and is completely separate and private from the other side of the house. This cozy abode also boasts a 54 inch TV with built in Roku that has Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime (among other TV viewing apps).
