Great place! We were two sisters & their husbands, our mom, and our two kids. The house is in a fab location for getting anywhere we wanted to visit, and walking distance to a fantastic taco stand! It feels spacious and it's very cute!
A few tips for guest awareness: the house reminded us a of staying with a welcoming & hospitable friend who maybe just graduated from college or is in their first home. The kitchen has the basics, but not *all* the basics. Probably most visitors to Vegas don't come to do a lot of home cooking, but make sure you plan that way. For example, there's not really any serrated knives, there are no measuring cups or measuring spoons, and mixing bowls are sparse. There was one hand towel per bathroom, and one bath towel per person plus two extra, which felt limited. But nobody in our group was a two-towel bather so this wasn't a problem for us. Also, I suspect that the *extremely helpful and responsive* property manager would have gotten us more towels had we asked. We did ask for a couple of things and she was right over to get us sorted, which was wonderful and made us feel very cared for! And in contrast to other places we have stayed, there was ample toilet paper for the entire household. The front-facing bedroom gets a ton of morning sun, so put your early risers in that one! It also has a very loud squeaky box spring, so best for sleepers who don't toss & turn much. Other beds are basically silent. But all the beds were comfortable and cozy!
