Our place is one of the fewer than 200 STRS in Las Vegas that are fully licensed, ensuring that your stay will be completely legal and uninterrupted.

Note: Heating the Jacuzzi incurs an additional $50 charge for the entire duration of the stay. Please reach out to us after booking for assistance.

As our guest, you’ll have unrestricted access to every part of the home, excluding a side room that we, as owners, occupy for office/storage purposes.

In compliance with city ordinances, we maintain occupancy in one of the side rooms which functions as our office. We have a separate entrance/exit from the garage to this office, ensuring your privacy and peace aren’t disturbed.
The property is privately owned, and we hold no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. Likewise, we aren't liable for any loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others they invite to use the premise.
For everyone's safety and security, security cameras have been installed in the front and back pool areas. This footage isn't shared and is recorded strictly for liability purposes. It's important to note that these cameras in no way intrude upon your expectation of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt to disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without a refund.

This policy helps us ensure our retreat remains a serene and tranquil space for all our guests, as well as our lovely neighbors. We greatly appreciate your understanding and adherence to this rule.
