Paris Las Vegas Resort & Casino
Rooms were clean check in was great. Only issue is room service went into room and didn’t clean up they just looked and left. Check out was good and took care of charges for mistake thank you and answered all questions for us.

Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino
Lovely big room, lots of space and big bathroom. Great view from room. Great location. Unfortunately room wasn’t serviced for 2 days which was disappointing, apparently only clean rooms before 1130am unless you request later service which we weren’t aware of. Horseshoe Las Vegas
Hallways were left uncleaned the entire 5 day stay. Stayed on floor 19 and the same garbage was seen every day we stayed meaning staff saw the trash on the floor and just left it. For me, that's bad customer service. The location is of course great but just disappointing to see such a lack of care ...
