Old 1763 farmhouse completely restored with noble materials, antique furniture, neat decoration, charm of old buildings, modern comfort in equipment. Detached house with outbuildings, private property of several hectares of meadows (horses on site), facing vineyards, in the AOC Jurançon region (white wine). Air-conditioned cottage, heating by heat pump and reversible air conditioning. Ground floor, large living room composed of: -an equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer). -a living room (wood stove, TV, 5G internet box in Wifi (teleworking). 1st floor : -2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 - 2 beds 90x190). Beds made for your arrival. Baby equipment. -2 shower rooms (shower, sink, wc). Bathroom linen provided. 2nd attic floor: attic converted into a large open space for children: -a sleeping area on a large mezzanine (2 beds 90 x 200) - a play area/office with 2 trundle beds (2 x 80 suitable for children) Heating billing on meter reading + wood according to consumption (good thermal insulation). Large well exposed ground. Garden furniture, barbecue. Car parking. Electric car charging station in the village Well located between Pau and Oloron (20 mins) with quick access to the ski resorts of the Ossau valley (hiking - Pic du Midi d'Ossau, Pyrenees National Park). An equestrian center is within walking distance as well as the communal tennis court open to all! Charming house, between Pau and Oloron-Sainte-Marie, towards the Pyrenees
