“The property is well maintained, very clean and quiet . They have complete breakfast which we loved before we start our day tour. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room is well lit and spacious, we didn’t have a problem with the air conditioning. The hotel is close to restaurants and close to bus and metro ( about 10 minutes walk) I definitely book this hotel when I travel to Rome and definitely recommend to family and friends.”

“The only positive aspect of this guest house was that the rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and housekeeping standards were clearly maintained well. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. There is no elevator, which made carrying luggage up to the second floor extremely inconvenient, especially for a group. The property is also very basic in terms of aesthetics and lacks warmth or charm. The management was not flexible with policies or guest requests, which added unnecessary……

“The first thing was it was a room with no window and I’m pretty sure that’s against Code. There was another room across the hall that people were yelling and partying all night and we didn’t get any sleep. There really was no staff. We called someone on the phone and got codes to get in. This is not a hotel. There was scented products all over the room and as someone who reacts to scented products I think they should check that out first. We called the cab for an airport so I’m not sure what……

“The hotel was amazing close to the metro great breakfast. The room was clean and welcoming towels and linen were great. Oriana made us coffee cappuccino in the morning was very cheerful. Gave us great suggestions on restaurants order a taxi to go to the train station overall, a great day we were greeted by Oriana with wine, fruit, and fresh cold water loved our stay”
