"It’s very clean, and neat. It’s just a hotel to stay & sleep they don’t have common areas or a gym and bar like other hotels. My stay was safe and comfortable. The staff were easy to contact. Its a great location, 20 mins from aroma Termini, 3 mins to Basilica Giovanni lateran and scala santa, 15-20 minutes to The Colosseum. 2 mins bus and taxi station. There’s a convenient store around the corner as well to buy food, water and toiletries. I would definitely recommend."

"Good spacious room, great bed! It was a genuine double bed which seems a rare treat in Europe. Only downside to the room is the technology, weird digital version of the key slot that seems to deactivate the Aircon in the middle of the night! Staff were great, breakfast was really good with Rooftop dining and bar. Very walkable to the train station"

"We received an "upgrade" to the basement spa room which had a private jacuzzi & sauna. The jacuzzi expelled a small amount of some type of black substance from the floor filter so it when unused. The internet did not work in the room. One shower drain (very long type) had a loud/constant drip originating from some other location/source. We used two towels to muffle the sound. Coming back from a hot morning walk to the staff saying they were draining/filling the jacuzzi and we could not shower for an hour (we had not advised them of the black substance since we weren't going to use the jacuzzi). A heads up would have been appropriate, and the drain wasn't properly closed so after it was filled the jacuzzi emptied itself anyway. Small leak from the toilet. It was a very nice room but needs maintenance and a wifi booster. Air conditioning worked excellent. Neighborhood power was disrupted for a couple of hours, which was not the properties fault. However, since the room is in a windowless basement it was totally dark. Staff never provided matches for the numerous candles in the room, which seem to be there for Italy's notorious power grid disruptions. Again, a very nice room that needs some attention. Staff were pleasant. Bidet was a nice extra."
