「One thing I can say, it was my first time doing everything electronic, I was skeptical. Had all the what if’s❤️ the communication was impeccable! You can not go wrong booking this suite! Clean, assessable to the M line. Easy to down town. The suite was so beautiful and modern. Beds were very comfortable! 「Great location, very close to the historical sites (under a 10-minute walk), restaurants, public transport and a supermarket (2-minute walk). The apartment was just as advertised, it was clean and welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment building was clean, well maintained and quite. We were provided with really clear check-in instructions (as we arrive late evening).」

「Room is clean and nice. New decoration. 5 mins walk to coloseo metro. Next to a park which is nice for jogging. 10 mins walk to a 24hours supermarket. I arrived hotel after 6pm and needed to pay 10 euro for late check-in. Hotel is good if you don't need any room service. 」

The thing we were not happy about was the check out in the early morning on 4th of April was not professional, we asked for water, and they refused to give us, and also the front front gates were locked and we had to ask the receptionist to open them..」

「The only positive aspect of this guest house was that the rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and housekeeping standards were clearly maintained well. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. There is no elevator, which made carrying luggage up to the second floor extremely inconvenient, especially for a group. The property is also very basic in terms of aesthetics and lacks warmth or charm. The management was not flexible with policies or guest requests, which added unnecessary...

「冷氣機不凍，隔塵網好好塵密不透風看似從來沒有清潔。洗手間冇窗和沒有抽氣扇，房間太大塵沒有清潔。床褥彈弓難和凹陷沒有承托力。 四週環境差劣，街道污糟到處都塗鴉，店舖關門，街上很多流浪漢和扒手。 九流酒店一間絕不要留宿。」

「We had a Privilege, Double Room. Like: - The bed was sizable and comfortable for 2 persons - Toilet was ok sized - Room size was pretty sizable too - The roof top pool had amazing view and good for cooldown during summer heat - bar up at roof was reasonably priced too - close to colosseum within 5-10 mins walk Did not like: - hotel is a bit dated interior - the windows are incredibly small so the room was quite dark overall - a lot of amenities were very basic, including cups for drinking...

「極差服務，基本用品如漱口杯及水杯只用紙杯，也不補充，住3晚房屋清潔差，厠所只換毛巾，其他清潔不理想，污糟。職員沒笑容，答問題回應冷淡。」

「The hostel is very old, the toliet has a little bad smell, all equipment is old, but the bed is clean. The bathroom has hot water, comfort to bath. We stayed two nights, but only first day has breakfast (bread) provided, the other days, the staff disappeared and didnt provided us breakfast, we confused on it. The price is not cheap for staying here. The hostel very far away from station, from map, seems very close, but by walk, it takes 15 mins. Anyways, thanks so much for staff waiting us...
