“Nice location ”

“enjoyable and very social with nice daily events. very well centered location with food spots and amenities near by”

“Our stay was great. Renato and his staff are amazing. He was always available when we needed him, gave us recommendations on what to do around as well as safety tips. One note. When you arrive to the place, don’t get fooled by the old elevator. It actually works great. Remember to go to floor # 4. I will definitely come back to this place again! We love the family environment”

“房間整潔乾淨且現代化設計，唯獨冷氣機壞掉，只能送風，導致晚上非常的悶熱”

“The room was nice, and the location was pretty good. The staff also allowed us to store our bags since our flight wasn’t leaving until late afternoon, which was very helpful. However, keep in mind that you have to pay a €24 city tax separately. Overall, we had a good stay.”

“Adding to my first review: The bed in the Standard Room with queen bed was very hard. There is no pillow top mattress or down comforter as advertised in the listing. Along with the noise from the tram that passes right outside your window and the paper-thin walls which allow every single noise from neighboring rooms (including conversations) through, the hard bed will be another reason you can’t get proper rest.”

“We had a Privilege, Double Room. Like: - The bed was sizable and comfortable for 2 persons - Toilet was ok sized - Room size was pretty sizable too - The roof top pool had amazing view and good for cooldown during summer heat - bar up at roof was reasonably priced too - close to colosseum within 5-10 mins walk Did not like: - hotel is a bit dated interior - the windows are incredibly small so the room was quite dark overall - a lot of amenities were very basic, including cups for drinking……

“First time in Europe and Rome for that matter, here were some few tips: * The rooms/hotels in Europe, at least the ones in Rome and Barcelona where I stayed, are tucked away within buildings, so you have to press a button style lobby to gain entrance to the main building. * The use of public transportation; metro and bus are the best way to get around. Regarding Domus Flaviae, Stefano was very attentive and the prepared breakfasts by Rebecca were top notch. A few caveats to keep in mind……

“Excelente todo, muchas gracias !!”

“Avoid, doesn't look like the listing, much smaller and the walls are paper thin, we got disturbed at midnight till the early hours with the room across the hall. There is no privacy and the room is not clean. No check in staff and told to communicate over WhatsApps. Unhelpful and rude staff over the phone and constantly demanding payment without any notice.”

“Room is clean and nice. New decoration. 5 mins walk to coloseo metro. Next to a park which is nice for jogging. 10 mins walk to a 24hours supermarket. I arrived hotel after 6pm and needed to pay 10 euro for late check-in. Hotel is good if you don't need any room service. ”

“Ho alloggiato nella stanza 2 veramente un gioiello! Pulita e silenziosa. È una struttura nuova, il bagno è pulitissimo e molto funzionale e bello. Mi sono sentito coccolato, sia per i prodotti offerti gratuitamente, sia per la disponibilità della Sig.ra Vanessa che mi ha aiutato a scegliere i ristoranti nella zona. La posizione è strategica, sono stato al Colosseo a piedi, passando davanti alla Basilica di San Giovanni. C'era il wifi in tutto lo spazio ed un grande televisore. La chicca è il……
