The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel with very limited options. The worst thing was that the hotel had no elevator. When we checked in, we were told that our rooms were on the second floor and when we asked where the elevator was they said no elevator . When I asked why I wasn’t told that when I made the reservations, they told me it was my fault that I did’t ask if they had an elevator. That is totally unacceptable because I have never been in a motel with no elevator so why would I think to ask. It definitely should say on the website that there is no elevator, especially for us elderly people. I definitely think this was the worst property!

Hallways smelled but rooms were good. Just the bathroom needed renovating. Old hotel in general. Did not eat the breakfast. It did not seem appealing too much.

I should have known what I was in for when pulling up to the hotel when the building across the street was boarded up (but it was the only pet friendly option available day of). All fabric surfaces in the room were stained: the window seat, curtains, the lamp shades, even the towels. Inches of dust on the AC unit. The ceiling leaked in the shower, every inch of the baseboards were stained with suspicious, visible, THICK grime. I wouldn’t have felt physically safe staying without my dog, as there was consistent yelling in the hallways and there was alarming and loud commotion in the room above the whole night. I only stayed as I had no other options and it wouldn’t have been safe to continue driving, but I left first thing and cannot state enough DO NOT STAY HERE.

Doors wouldn’t lock, Staff unwelcoming, asked for extra pillows for my wife who just had surgery a month before for spinal issues and had a difficult time getting comfortable and deals with chronic pain. The result of which brought us to this hotel. While we were traveling back home to Maine. And was met with indifference. A fellow guest heard my request denied and he offered hit extra pillows for my wife. Then later I found out from him that the hotel was going to charge him for his kindness.The only reason I booked here was because I had previously stayed at a Microtel and it was the best hotel I’ve been in a very long time. The rooms were dirty. And security doors didn’t lock, and our own door had to be slammed to lock. We were next to an exit where people were in and out a lot. That normally wouldn’t be a problem. But that door was broken as well resulting in it slamming so hard the tv in our room shook in the wall. Im seeking a full refund. I’ve been in many hotels of the last few years. I’ve personally never asked for my Money back. But how they treated the guest helping me out was unforgivable.

This property was close to the highway, dinning options and shopping. It was easy to get to. For the price I paid, the rooms were run down and dirty (stuff on the curtains, the walls, etc.), it was loud and my curtains didn't close all the way on a bottom level floor. The staff was great, was able to get me checked in early, so I guess fine for a quick overnight.

Terrible experience, really didn't want to leave a review but they asked for it. I booked a room through Expedia 30mins prior to checking in. I had seen cob webs around front desk having me wonder about the care that gets put into these rooms. I decided to brush it off and go to my room. Upon getting to the stairs, the air quality was humid and smelt like sweat. I decided it'd be best to check out immediately. I spoke with the lady at front desk and asked for a refund but she said since I booked through a third party app that I would have to request the refund through them. Well I did that but Expedia got back to me saying that they refused to issue me a refund. I would have understood had I reserved the booking for a least a day but I booked and left within the same hour. How are you going to charge me for not even using your services?!!!!

Pictures are not identical. My room was not ready 90 minutes after check in. They gave me keys and I had to awkwardly stand and watch frantic employees clean. There are crumbs on the floor. They clearly did a half assed job.

This property needs some work. The check in process was online first and then I had to provide the same information and credit card info when I arrived to the property. The room was stuffy and small. The bathroom had water spots and patch jobs all around it. Just not a good stay at all. I felt dirty when leaving.

The property was well maintained. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very small. They do offer breakfast. It wasn’t very appealing. So we went out for breakfast at Metro Diner 7. It was very good. Nice menu selection.

Stayed for a single night. Just okay, didn’t feel the most clean but doable for the cheaper price. Found the previous persons blueberries in the fridge so they definitely didn’t clean that. No elevator so just be aware of that. No water available except for cash only in the vending machine. Pretty good breakfast in the morning.
