「Okay room but terrible experience.
I have areservation of 2 bedrooms, but was provided with 1 room when we arrived.
We tried to show the owner what we have booked, the confirm letter from hotels, with my name my room details and all details.
But he just refused to communicate, shouting at us he didn't know what we say, he has no mistake, we are the liers, take or leave!
We have a business meeting that evening so we have no choice but accept.
but this is not the worst of what happened.

「We decided to make a booking here after seeing the exceptional rating online. After staying 10 days here we now understand the high rating. Great location, with spacious rooms and everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home.
Special thanks to Elena the housekeeper who made our stay even more wonderful and to whole staff. We hope to come back in the future and highly recommend here for anyone staying in Nicosia ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」
