"I love it"

"Beautiful, relaxing, and great stay at the Diplomat Hollywood Beach Resort. Our room was exactly what I reserved for, 19th Floor Oceanview with Balcony. Perfect level with a great view at eye level . Staff is very kind and accommodating. Shout out to Eugene from Bell Service, very nice and helpful. The only issue I found and it’s important, the rooms are not well cleaned. Found pretzels on the floor under desk when we checked in. Also, I happened to still be in the room when I saw one lady change the garbages and then tried to refill the coffee pods with the same gloves! Luckily I was in the room to let her know. Overall, amazing hotel and service. Waking up to the view of the beach was relaxing. I am already planning to go back. "

"It is safe,clean and convenient. The toilet doors were built wrong.They are open to the rooms.An archecterical mistake.All the bad smells directly goes to the rooms since the toilets don’t have a real doors."

"I loved the hotel. Beautiful view and close to a store. The two things that were wrong was the television gave us no signal until the last night when we notified the front desk. Also, the water in the toilet was brown and when we notified the front desk the cleaning person said that’s normal in Florida. "
