“Henkilökunta Hyvää”

“A bit far from old city that customer shall factor the time and cost to reach the old city. Old property that do not up to 4 star international standard. Variety of breakfast.”

“There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. ”

“Nice personnell, clean hotel. Thanks.”

“water stopped at the first night，called front desk，and nobody pick the phone”

“Good location clean rooms. Service was good”

“Everything is broken and not cleaned”

“Helppo sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen. Hieno huone!”

“My previous experience was much better. The room was outdated, not clean enough, and had a musty, dusty smell. Heating was inadequate. The staff were friendly and helpful.”

“The place was clean and in a convenient location. Everything was self-serviced. There’s no TV in the room, but not a big problem as we only spent a night there. There was no soap in the dispenser in our room, and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Laundry service was available but apparently only between 9am-9pm, which was basically useless to travellers who arrived late at the hotel.”

“Tidy, Quiet clean...Good Restaurant, delicious breakfast & meals....”
