​Really enjoyed our stay here. The villa was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is very convenient—less than a 5-minute drive to Cataract Gorge and Penny Royal. ​Also, a big thanks to the staff who were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

We recently stayed at this Big 4 caravan park with our family and found the property to be clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the electricity went out in our cabin on the first night due to a faulty power board. While this was inconvenient, we were impressed with how promptly the maintenance team and managers responded. They quickly provided us with a cable to power essential appliances like the fridge and phone chargers, and an electrician arrived first thing the next morning to resolve the issue. Despite the hiccup, the level of service and support we received was excellent. Overall, a very positive experience.

Cabins were great and we can see that a lot of works have been done and are planned. The final plan looks fantastic. We did miss having an oven and dishwasher however. We found the price quite high considering the limited facilities within the park, but the cabin itself was excellent. We ended up paying over $500 a night, which is higher than any of our other venues over our 14 day holiday. A small note: a clothes horse in the cabin would’ve been useful. Thanks again.
