Great location but road noise still audible even with double glazed windows closed. Ensuite layout could be improved and have a full sized basin. Lived the picture of Cradle Mountain on the headboard fabric.👍

It's very clean, closed to the park and walking distance to the city. However, if you're facing the street/park, you may hear the traffic. Also, you may need to consider if you need to sleep in as the door seal isn't working and you can hear people talking in the hallway. Perhaps the hotel may remind employees and guests to keep the voice down for others. I dont feel particularly too safe in this property though. Security seems loose to have open hallway and no swipe card entries for hotel guests. Note: the reception didn't read before call to my room and chased me out even there was a note for late check out has been granted.

While there's nothing special about this hotel, it gets 5 stars for the incredible staff, particularly Kim at the front desk. She really went above & beyond to ease my stay!

The room was tight. It had no view, the fridge was loaded with hotel expensive products eithith no room for guests own water bottles, wine, beer fruit etc. The TV was far too big for the size of the room. It had a very good bathroom. Parking was trick and tight.. The hotel bar and restaurant were closed on Sunday. The meal was ok the previous evening.

Everything is so clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable. However, I need to carry my luggage to my room because there are some stairs for some areas. The food in the restaurant is excellent and staff are all friendly.
