This stylish place is a perfect stay for couples or when visiting for work. Only a short 10-minute drive from the airport and only 5 km's from Launceston's CBD, your stay here will be both peaceful and comfortable. We are only a short drive from some of the best wineries and restaurants in Tasmania and walking distance to an award-winning IGA.

Little Gem - what a special treat!

Little Gem is just fantastic, modern accommodation. Beautifully designed, decorated and fitted out little house. Everything was just superb with a lovely living area, a great, really well equipped kitchen which we used to cook two delicious meals prepared from ingredients bought at the Launceston Saturday Farmer's Market, a really beautiful bathroom and a truly comfortable big bed and lots of storage areas. Little Gem did have everything to meet our needs for a 5 day stay and just a short drive to most Launceston amenities and destinations. Jaime provided us with all the information needed prior to arrival and accommodated all our needs - a great host providing a lovely experience so many thanks to Jaime and we would definitely come back.

We found this ‘little gem’ exactly that , a real gem! Beautifully presented and well equipped with all we needed for our week long stay in Launceston. Attention to detail was amazing! Our host was friendly and super helpful when we struggled to to find our information on how to get in after an unexpectedly longer flight than planned. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely choose to stay there again!
