Whilst downstairs is the modern open plan kitchen, dining & living, with electric heating/cooling, & smart tv. The second bedroom, with queen bed, also has it's own heating/cooling system. There is also a second bathroom with walk in shower & bath & full laundry facilities on this ground level.

Off the living area is a small patio area, complete with Weber Baby Q Bbq.

There is free off street parking for one vehicle only, at the rear of the home.

The two doors in the downstairs hallway are locked off & not available to guests. No-one has access to these & they are not shared with anyone.
And access to the accommodation is NOT at the front from the street, but from the rear of the cottage.
