“This stay did not meet basic expectations and appears to be misrepresented in the listing.
Upon arrival, the unit had multiple cleanliness issues, including visible hair throughout the space, sticky surfaces with residue, and an unclean toilet. These are not minor concerns, they raise clear sanitation issues.
Additionally, the listing’s description and photos, particularly regarding the ocean view and surrounding environment, did not accurately reflect the actual property. This was a key factor……

“Pros: Biggest plus at this condo was location -- steps from the beach, dining, shops, etc. One bedroom condo was also very clean when we arrived, well supplied, and spacious. Great pool, especially midday when everyone is at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of tp. Condo was quiet and beautiful landscaping provides a lot of privacy. Cons: No view so we did not spend time on the lanai. Water filter needs replacing; no through the door chilled water while we were there.……

“Kevin was an exceptionally helpful and welcoming host. The booking, check-in, and check-out process was seamless, and he thoughtfully accommodated our late arrival by ensuring the condo was well lit and the AC set to a comfortable temperature.The condo was spotless and well stocked with amenities, including extra shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath and beach towels, and kitchen supplies.
