"We have stayed at this property in previous years and it is very clean and the owners are very hospitable. Unfortunately the property does need some repairs and the room we stayed in does need attention in the bathroom, loose toilet and sink fixtures. Thus said, we will probably stay there again next year, as the owners are trying to get everything up to snuff. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Kitchener Holiday Inn. The staff at the front desk were professional, friendly, and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, and well arranged. The bed was very comfortable, as were the bedding, especially the long pillows. The only quibble I have was that the air conditioning was noisy at start of each cooling cycle and I eventually had to turn it off because it was disturbing my sleep. The choices for breakfast were very good and the staff did an excellent job in keeping the breakfast counter clean and well stocked. Overall my experience at this hotel was excellent. "
