Great Stay

Had a great stay, loved the private beach, and the house was definitely roomy enough for the four of us. Meredith and Teresa were super helpful. My only recommendation would be to add a kettle to the kitchen for us tea drinkers. Would highly recommend.

Perfect "cottage" Experience

The cottage is incredibly spacious. It is so nice and cozy. The host is so responsive and so accomodating. This is where me and husband stayed for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect.

We arrived off the ferry and were very happy with the accommodations. Clean, ample towels, and shampoo/soap provided. We utilized the gas grill for dinner and made breakfasts in the kitchen. Found everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Great Get away...

Lovely, private well-appointed cottage. Lots of comfy seating. Full kitchen, 2 gorgeous bathrooms. 1 bedroom on the main floor but fun open space up tricky stairs to sleep more! No bathroom upstairs. Short path to private beach with gorgeous views, and Adirondack chairs. Kayaks, paddleboards, and beach towels all provided!

All of the charm of a timeless beach cottage, plus all of the modern conveniences! This cottage has been updated to preserve all of warmth of a chic cottage, while folding in modern creature comforts. Excellent WiFi and comfortable furnishings (including beds and pillows). Sweet Cottage

If you're looking for a trip to the northern part of Long Island this rental is a great place to go. It is a very charming cottage with access to the beach, plenty of room, and very clean. It was also a very comfortable rental and had all the amenities that you need. We loved it. What we found in this area was great vineyards and music, and they were places and activities for adults and for the children, and there was an abundance of restaurants and beaches to enjoy.

Lovely week in Laurel

For reasons I won't go into, we actually had the opportunity to stay at both the Cottage and Main House during our 6-night getaway. Totally different, but both are great. Everything was as we like it. My adult daughter joined us for a couple of nights and loved it, too. Great, well-stocked house, clean, convenient to everything in the North Fork, with attentive property manager in case of any needs.Just a lovely week.

Lovely house and grounds

We rented this wonderful house for a short, relaxing vacation and celebration of my husband. The house was clean, decor was just to my liking and the communication with the owner was pitch perfect. Beautiful Cottage

Cottage was nestled away to add privacy from public. The cottage sits behind the main beach house. Property was clean and very unique. It has everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. There are plenty of rooms for families to spread out, but also plenty of room for everyone to be together. Property owner was staying in the main house on the property and she was very attentive. The use of kayaks and paddle boards were a huge bonus. Perfect for a quiet getaway with privacy.
