「Check-in procedure was a nightmare. After an hour of trying and failing to make the self-check in work, I was lucky to see an employee of the hotel and banged on a window to get their attention, or I might have been sleeping in my car that night. Hotel is down a dirt road past a junk yard and seemed really sketchy. Absolutely terrible experience - stay away!」

「Wir haben unseren ersten kleinen Familienurlaub in der Stiloase verbraucht. Es war super, super schön. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. 「It was a nightmare trying to communicate prior to my stay. I booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children. I was told when I booked that I would need to wait until closer to stay to request rooms close to each other. There is no representative at location so all communication is via email or one time we phoned and the woman was very rude. We finally did get the room locations we wanted but only after having to spend way too much time trying to communicate with host. Rooms were clean. Beds...
