"Le logement est grand, propre, bien situé. L'accueil de la propriétaire est chaleureux, disponible au besoin. Le quartier est calme et sécuritaire. Il n y a pas de parking assigné au logement mais on peut se garer dans la rue. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."

"Great place to stay in the epicenter of the Gay Village. One block from the train station. The room was perfect. Comfortable bed, pillows and very clean. The delicious breakfast every morning was a nice plus. Philip and his partner were very nice. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Comfortable and simple hotel (not sure if this qualifies as a hotel in the true sense) for families. We are two adults and a grown child needing a separate bed and this fit our requirements perfectly. Room was comfortable and warm. Beds and other amenities were good. Only issue I had was the carpet smelled when it got wet near the door. And because it was a tad cold, we couldnt open the window. Paid parking is off campus, in a nearby condo that needs to be booked in advance which I did not do,...

"Amazing place. The owner/manager greeted me when I arrived and showed me the room. Not just said here's the key, room 3, but showed me the room, where everything was kept, and how to work the remote. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The bathroom was small, but spotless. The kitchen was set up for breakfast in the morning, and the coffee was good. "

Even though I often travel to Montreal to attend concerts, I didn't know this hotel at all and I was reallt pleasantly surprised. Clean room, loved having a fridge with a ''kitchen area'' (didn't use the microwave), nice bed, big nice room in good condition The nightly rate was also really affordable. "Chose this hotel because it was close to the MTELUS concert hall. I stayed from April 23-24 to attend a show by The Black Crowes. Even though I often travel to Montreal to attend concerts, I didn't know this hotel at all and I was reallt pleasantly surprised. Clean room, loved having a fridge with a ''kitchen area'' (didn't use the microwave), nice bed, big nice room in good condition The nightly rate was also really affordable. I would stay at Le Faubourg again! Negative points: didn't find the AC/heating controls in the room, so the place felt a bit hot, bathroom showed a tiny bit of wear and tear, but was pretty clean, sketchy characters hanging out close the place. It was a bit creepy coming back from the show late at night by myself but no one bothered me. "
