「So starting with the communication process: we received numerous messages from the owners about arrival, check-in, and handy tips about the apartment and location. Then we were greeted at the airport by a driver - arranged by the owners. Door-to-door. Then we were greeted at the apartment by the manager. My only complaint here is that she spoke no English (certainly not her fault), and I was underprepared with my awful and rusty Spanish. Still, she explained the keys and the apartment amenities...
