Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Durch das Durchgangszimmer ohne eigenem Bad nur bedingt für Gruppen geeignet. 2 Bäder wunderschön renoviert. Das Bad beim Durchgangszimmer älter/öfter kein warmes Wasser. Die Matratzen schon etwas durchgelegen. Die Küche und der Wohnbereich sind gut ausgestattet. Der Gartenbereich nicht gepflegt. Für 8 Personen sind nicht genügend Gartenmöbel vorhanden. Zum See mindestens 15 Minuten. (keine 200 mtr.) zu Fuß. Keine Bademöglichkeit. Keine Straßenbeleuchtung zum Haus

Großes altes Haus, schöne Lage

Von der Villa hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Das Haus ist geräumig und groß, 7 Betten auf 4 Schlafzimmer. Leider riechen die Zimmer teilweise trotz stetigem Lüften nach alt und Mottenpulver -sehr unangenehm-. Auf der großzügigen Terrasse gibt es leider keinen Sonnenschirm und nur 2 Liegestühle (angeboten für 9 Personen-deutl. zu wenige). Spülmaschiene teilw. defekt. Das Haus wurde uns am Anreisetag erst um 19 Uhr übergebenund, dazu noch sehr unfreundlich, wir mussen 4 Stunden warten.

Tolle Lage und super Terrasse

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage und der Ausblick auf den See sind sensationell und machen einige andere Mängel wieder wett. Einige Matratzen sind recht alt, W-Lan funktioniert nur sehr schleppend, ist praktisch nicht vorhanden. Küchenausstattung ist eher dürftig, keine Deckel, Pfannen, so dass man sie lieber nicht benutzen will. Als wir kamen (Ende Mai) war es noch sehr kalt, es war nicht möglich eine Heizung anzuschalten, im Haus war es dadurch sehr ungemütlich. Sonst alles top!

Very nice, spacious, airy house with great view of Laveno and the lake.

Four adults and two children felt very comfortable in this spacious, nicely modern villa. Everybody loved the terrace, and played lots of table football. The large windows, the upstairs balcony, and the terrace afford a lovely view of the lake, and of the passing ferries. There is no beach in the immediate vicinity, but it only takes a short drive to the nearest one, which also has a good restaurant. There are plenty of bathrooms, and everybody enjoyed their separate bedrooms. The kitchen is well appointed, but lacked basic spices such as sugar and salt - surely the management could afford to leave some there for new arrivals. Laveno is only walking distance away, though carrying groceries on a hot day isnot recommended. Our only complaint is the absurd check-in procedure: it requires that guests drive to an obscure tiny village some 10 km away, and locate an obscure address, in order to do paperwork that could just as well be completed at the villa, since a manager has to open up the villa anyway. This check-in procedure was ridiculously unncecessary and very annoying after a long day of travelling.

Schönes, grosszügiges Haus, welches vor kurzem sorgfältig renoviert wurde.

Prächtige Lage über der Bucht von Laveno. Grosszügige Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht. Schöne stilvolle Einrichtung (schön, dass das die Eigentümer ihren Mietern alles zur Nutzung anvertrauen!). Gut eingerichtete Küche, schöne und vielfältige Nasszellen. Schön, dass solche Häuser gemietet werden können!

Tolle Lage

Tolle Lage, etwas betagt, leider sind 2 Zimmer hintereinander und somit ist es ein Durchgangszimmer. Für nur Paare nicht optimal. Wohnzimmer bestechender Ausblick und tolle Terrasse. Küche gut ausgestattet. Wohnung im groben sauber aber viel Staub auf den Regalen. Betten teils bequem und zum teil nicht, Betten zum Teil auf Rollen haben sind beim umdrehen weg gerollt. Die Bettwäsche ohne Bezüge für die Decken! Die neueren Badezimmer sehr schön.
