Only thing I wish we could change is possibly having the papers during sign in available in English and French (rather than just French) for better comprehension in case guests understand less French! "The one dislike was the view from the only window on the ground floor: looking over into what appeared to be a storage facility. I suppose this is okay for a one-night stay, but a bit depressing. The other problem is that the hotel provides only coffee in the rooms: why not tea for tea drinkers who rarely drink coffee?"
