The overall impression was very favorable. The one thing that I wish was better were the bed linens. I was alternately hot and cold all night long. Cold without the comforter hot with it. And intermediate light cotton blanket would’ve solved the problem. Place was clean well appointed location information was accurate within Lawrence. If it was noted that the unit was partially below ground level I missed it in the description. The host responded promptly to all my questions. All in all a pleasant experience.

This Vrbo host is extremely accessible. The place is super quaint with great lighting and accomodations. The location is soo easy to get around town and get back to with no trouble.

Great place right next to Mass St

Nice, clean, cozy spot on the tailend of the student ghetto. Just a short walk from Mass St. Might be a bit rowdy if class is in session, but was nice and quiet over winter break. Host very friendly and responsive. Check in/check out was a breeze. Nice little mock fireplace provided cozy vibes with the snow outside.

Adorable little apartment!

My friend and I stayed here one night after being in town for a concert - it was wonderful! Such a cute little apartment perfect for our needs. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, and made us feel very safe and sound. Will definitely be booking again if we find ourselves in town!

KU visit and basketball game

What a perfect place to stay for the weekend, location was great. Just one comment, you may want to take a look at the kitchen table it was very wobbly (we tried to tighten the legs, but it appeared the screws were stripped). Just need probably 2 new screws. We would totally stay here again - location and size of the home for my group was perfect.

My kids and I had a great stay! The listing is very accurate and looks just like it does in person. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. KU women’s weekend

The apartment is in a great location! Walking distance to downtown Lawrence…clean, well-appointed rental. Major downside is it is located in a building with very loud residents. Loud music at late hours and very loud talking/yelling well into the night/morning. Not a fault of the host at all-but if you’re looking for a restful nights sleep this is not the place for you.

Cozy and Chic was perfect.

The location was perfect for us. It is close to Mass Street, close to campus, and close to our daughter. We were able to walk to campus. Inside, Cozy and Chic had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The kitchen was well appointed and the washer and dryer was a plus. The beds were comfortable and parking was easy. We will be back for sure.

Wonderful Stay

My 9 year old daughter and I drove up from Mesa, AZ to visit my dad for a few days. This was the perfect little spot for her and I to have a few relaxing girls evenings. The place was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was safe with many fun spots to get food or have door dash deliver. We will be using this groups spots again for sure!

This is the place to stay in Lawrence, Kansas!

I am so happy I found this property. It was extremely clean. The property was true to the photos and listing. I can’t say enough good things about the host. The communication was excellent and he has put so much thought and consideration into making his guests stay as comfortable as possible. I not only would stay here again, I am staying here again on my way back home! I was fortunate to find such a comforting and well maintained place that is also extremely affordable!

Wonderful little basement apartment. Very warm and chic. It was small, but comfortable for two. It would have been too crowded for more. Getting inside was easy, as was parking, and the unit was spotless. There are no comfortable spaces for smokers to sit outside. That would be my only complaint.

For what it was they did a great job with decorating. It’s an old property and the unit is in the basement. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The only complaints would be that we couldn’t get the A/C below 70 degrees and a lot of light from security lights pouring into the bedrooms. The niceties were a nice tv, ice in the freezer, an assortment of Keurig coffee pods for the Keurig and comfortable bedding. Would stay here again.
