Nice place Quiet and comfortable. Easy access to KU . We had an issue with the AC which happened late Sunday evening. No one could come out to fix it, but the next day it was fixed and worked great the rest of our stay ! Overall very nice place and we enjoyed our stay !

Stay Awhile & Fernando are AMAZING!

Communication with Fernando was quick, efficient and very helpful. The apartment was perfect: a quick walk from Mass St as well as KU campus, the interior is recently (re)finished so “new” and an absolute delight in which to relax. Highly recommend!!!
