  • Newly renovated 4 bedroom 3 bath home. This location is perfect for those looking to be close to the city but outside of the busy roads and traffic. Enjoy the peaceful views from the beautiful floor to ceiling windows in the sunroom or panoramic view from the living room. Have fun in the entertainment room watching TV or playing games. Enjoy listening to the sounds of nature on the outdoor patio or deck. This property has everything you need and is only 15 min from downtown Lawrence.

A very nice comfortable secluded property close to Lawrence. We stayed for the world cup game in Kansas City. It was an excellent launch point while getting a quiet place. Additionally Lawrence has a great small two feel while being nice college town

Nestled in the hills right outside the hustle and bustle of the city is a beautiful home surrounded by trees. This quiet retreat is the perfect place for a family to gather for a large meal in the dining room, have some great laughs playing games in the huge basement, and get the best relaxation needed to reset after a long day. The hosts have thought of every little thing you may need. They even have lemon packets and honey on hand for a nice cup of tea on the large patio outside to watch the sunrise. The home is beautifully decorated, meticulously maintained, and feels like home from the moment you step in the front door. We can’t wait to come back for another visit soon.

Probably one of the best VRBO's we have stayed in. This house is dialed in. Everything is thought of. We travelled to watch our son play at senior day for the Jayhawks so had 10 of his family including grandmas. Was plenty of room for all! Thank you for a great place to stay!

Our group was in town for a bike race. We all arrived at different times. Each time someone walked in the door the immediate expression was, "Wow, I'll just stay here and see you after the race!" It is a beautiful home, don't hesitate to book your large group. The wine, healthy snacks and local honey were a very nice touch that we all enjoyed! Thanks for a great stay!!

Our stay was so much more than just a weekend trip. The house itself is lovely, but the host truly elevated the experience to a new level. This was our second family gathering at this house. Everything was awesome. Plenty off room in the house but also a great yard for our Easter egg hunt. From the last report there were 2 eggs we never found.

The perfect house for our family Christmas celebration. The decorations, the setting, the views out the windows, the sunset view, we couldn’t have asked for more. We had 11 staying there and 5 more locals joining the celebration. Had plenty of room for everyone.

The property was absolutely beautiful. It's a sprawling ranch with a basement. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and comfy spaces for them to be together too. We stayed in the winter and hope to return in warmer weather to enjoy the gorgeous wooded grounds in better weather! Highly recommend!

This home was an excellent place for two families attending a wedding. The home was very clean and had fruit, granola bars, and a wide variety of coffee flavors for breakfast. We enjoyed the private back patio also.
