「This unit was used for a summer stay while interning at the University of Kentucky. Perfect location for anything to do with the UK or downtown Lexington. Very clean and well furnished with comfortable furniture. Nicely equipped kitchen with extras like a smoothie maker. Powerful AC units that kept up during a very hot summer stay! Communication was excellent. There was a small issue with a smoke detector and they came to fix it immediately, and left extra batteries just in case. A lovely...

「The area were this place is located is perfect. I could get to Rupp arena in 15 minutes by foot. If I was feeling lazy, I had an uber to pick me up within minutes. Great location. The place was clean. The host was very easy to work with. Overall, a very comfortable stay!」

「This apartment was a remarkable finding in mid-Lexington, close and at walking distance to everything I needed to be close to - the UK hospitals and many good restaurants. Clean, organized, and a bit small. Hosts were always willing to help with whatever problems I may have had. The only issue was the neighbors, but I guess the hosts haven't much of a control over that. Many a night, I couldn't sleep well because the guys upstairs were vacuuming (why anyone would do that at 1000P is beyond...

「We really enjoyed our stay in the historic district. We went on evening walks around the neighborhood admiring the homes, and easily walked to the downtown area. The condo was very clean, and had many thoughtful amenities. The bed, although very low to the ground was very comfortable, the sofa…not as much. Parking was very convenient to the complex. We would definitely stay here again!」

「First of all, this condo in Georgetown was a great location for our daily outings to the KY Horse Park, Old Friends Retired Racehorse Farm, the Ark Encounter, the Creation Museum, and Cincinnati Tennis Open.
