They gave away my prepaid room. Had to stay at another hotel. Zero faith in Hilton or Expedia. Sucks when you make prepaid arrangements and your vacation gets messed up.

Stayed here twice and I don’t get the glowing reviews. The rooms are not very clean (particularly the bathrooms…I will spare the details) and there are lots of broken/unworking things: light bulbs out, broken hvac, empty soap/shampoo and no bars, window shades that won’t lower, wobbly desk chairs. The staff is very nice, but the rooms are subpar. Maybe it’s just overdo for an update, but I won’t try it again.

This is our second stay at this property. It has dropped off a little bit since last year. We stayed three nights and did not have our room serviced at all during our entire stay which is unacceptable. We had to request extra toilet paper and coffee pods for our in room coffee maker. The front desk staff was great. The breakfast buffet is ok, but could be upgraded a bit.
