「Great getaway...beautiful grounds. Unfortunately there was a lot of sea moss at the beach...so a bit difficult to navigate through the waters; however, there was another beach within 5 minutes walking distance. The staff was great!!! I give it a 10/10. One thing I would recommend is renting a car as transportation was expensive.」

「We were guests for a total of 6 nights. From Friday night until Sunday when we checked out, there was no water pressure or hot hot in the shower or via any faucet. I contacted the emergency number on Friday evening when we realized the here was no water pressure or hot water in the shower. They sent a repair person on Sat morning who told us there was an issue with the boiler and pressure but it would be fixed. Sat afternoon no hot water. I called and texted. They never got back to us. 「We had a quick turnaround at the end of our trip so we didn’t get in the pool, but enjoyed the beach and got to hang out with friends up in Cancún proper…The house was lovely, we loved the whimsical art, the big spacious bathrooms and the back patio was perfect for morning coffee..We’ll be back in the fall, and we will make this a stop on that trip as well!Thank you! 」
