「The property and villa were amazing. We loved the outdoor kitchen and spent most of our time out there. The house was well equipped for any meal needs. Sara snd her family were amazing hosts and we felt like special guests! Loved the pasta dinner and it was definitely a highlight of our trip. 「This huge elegant house is a remarkable place to stay, the opposite of a bland holiday villa, it has cool marble floors & frescoes but somehow doesn’t take itself too seriously. We have 8 children between ages 2 to 16 and we were swallowed up in the massive rooms. 「Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around. 「Fabulous location within walking distance of all the basics and to Trastevere/Vatican City. Plenty of room for our crew of 14 and kitchens capable of simple meals. Host (Daniela) was very accomodating and accessible. A few things to note from our stay: we were unable to get the drying function of the combined washer/dryer to work. It was chilly some nights and we could have used extra blankets. Some of the umbrellas/awnings/outdoor furniture needs replacement (normal wear & tear). Limited indoor...
