Das Haus war im Inneren sehr dunkel, anders als im Inserat dargestellt. Besonders die Dusche war alt und verdreckt, verkalkt. Es fehlten z. B. Kleiderbügel, scharfe Messer, die Einrichtung war relativ abgewohnt und für die Größe des Hauses- stand zu wenig drin.Der Gemeinschaftsgarten ungepflegt, das Hundegebell im Nachbargrundstück sehr regelmäßig und langanhaltend. Ein Problem war außerdem die Müllabfuhr, wir haben alles gut getrennt und laut Kalender bereitgestellt zur Abholung- es kam die gesamte Zeit keiner. Schade.
