Beautiful apartment & location

Our family group of 5 (3 generations) really enjoyed our stay in Eden 3. The apartment met all our needs - its location in Pacengo was ideal with local restaurants & supermarket close by. Its central location meant we were able to drive to many of the beautiful towns along Garda's east coast & even Verona & Venice were delightful day trips. Our favourite location was right on our door step in Lazise - this beautiful historical walled town provided endless delights with its stunning promenade, shopping & so many restaurants. Its ferry port was an ideal stepping off point for our visit to Sirmione. After a tiring sun-soaked day of sight-seeing, returning to our air-conditioned apartment was always an absolute delight followed by evening drinks on our own private veranda watching the beautiful sun-sets over lake Garda - what a joy!!

Niezapomniane wakacje w gronie rodzinnym

W apartamencie spędziliśmy 10 dni. Było idealnie! Mieszkanie jest duże i ma dwie łazienki. Największą zaletą jest ogromny taras z którego roztacza się piękny widok na jezioro i góry. W nocy widoczne są pokazy dronów i fajerwerków z pobliskiego parku rozrywki. Znajduje się ma drugim piętrze budynku przy samym kościele (chyba dawna plebania) co tworzy wyjątkowy klimat. Winda podjeżdża pod same drzwi. W okolicy restauracje i plaża. Do mieszkania przypisano jedno miejsce parkingowe ale zaraz obok jest duży parking publiczny więc nie było problemów z parkowaniem dwóch samochodów. Lokalizacja idealna jeżeli planujecie zwiedzić miasteczka nad Garda jak i Weronę czy Wenecję. W pobliskim Lazise jest Lidl i Spar na większe zakupy. W budynku obok kawiarenka gdzie codziennie kupowaliśmy świeże bułeczki i rogaliki. Kontakt z biurem bardzo sprawny na całym etapie planowania i realizacji rezerwacji. W trakcie pobytu przestał działać czajnik - nowy czekał pod drzwiami wieczorem w dniu zgłoszenia. Polecam z całego serca! Podobało nam się wszystko! Jedyna rzecz o której warto pomyśleć to dodatkowy zestaw kluczy. Przy grupie 6-7 osób dałoby to większą swobodę, ale daliśmy radę 🙂

Große Wohnung mit riesigen Ausblick

Geräumige Wohnung, wo fünf Personen problemlos Platz finden. Die Terrasse bietet extrem viel Platz und eignet sich sogar für ein kleines Fußballspiel der Kinder. Der Ausblick auf den See ist grandios und man kann jeden Abend die Sonne genießen. Das Glockenläuten ab 7uhr morgens bis 8 Uhr Abends störte uns nicht, da wir sowieso früh aufstehen. Klimaanlage u Waschmaschine funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Matratzen der Betten sind etwas zu durchgelegen und sollten mal erneuert werden. Besteck reicht nur knapp für 5 Personen.

Die Lage und Aussicht waren grandios. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es hat alles geklappt! Die Küche würde noch eine bessere Ausstattung vertragen. Es fehlen kleine Töpfe, Geschirrtücher und der Korkenzieher ist defekt.

Wieder schöner Urlaub am Gardasee

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung Eden2 war sehr schön. Nicht weit entfernt von sehr guten Lokalen zum Essen. Wundervolle Aussicht zum Gardasee.Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Was sehr angenehm war ist, daß man einen Fahrstuhl zur Verfügung hat. Wir werden wieder kommen. Gruß Familie Leppert

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Der Service und die ganze Abwicklung mit Regarda Travel hat super geklappt! Es waren alle immer sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Größe und einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den See. Um das Haus herum gibt es einen Spielplatz und der wirklich schöne Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Alles Notwenige ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen - Essen, Einkaufen und das Zentrum. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Die Wohnung ist einfach (und etwas zusammengewürfelt) aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet aber die Parkplatzsituation etwas schwierig. Bei der Wohnungsgröße wären 2 Parkplätze hilfreich und der Weg zum Parkplatz am Haus ist mit einem größeren Auto nicht ganz einfach! Das die Wohnung direkt neben der Kirche ist, wäre schon gut zu wissen - wenn das Glockenläuten uns auch nicht gestört hat.

Die Lage und Größe der Wohnung waren wunderbar, der Ausblick von der Terrasse unvergesslich schön. Lediglich die Kaffeemaschine wollte nicht richtig funktionieren und wir hätten uns zu fünft ein paar mehr Tassen sowie Gläser gewünscht. Ansonsten war alles tiptop. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und die Lage sehr gut. Grosser Balkon gegen Westen mit super Aussicht auf den See. Einrichtung zweckmäßig, ein bißchen zusammengetragen. Parkieren auf Privatareal perfekt. Einige Restaurants um die Ecke, Supermarkt 3min mit Auto. Strand in 7-8 zu Fuß erreichbar und Strandpromenade gut für Spaziergang oder Fahrrad geeignet. Alles in allem haben wir es genossen und würden bei Gelegenheit wieder kommen. Ps die Kirchenglocken sind kein Problem, erst ab 8am und dann meistens nur Stundenschläge. Die Beschreibungen und Fotos der Webseite sollten besser geordnet sein. Es geht nicht klar hervor,welche wohnung was hat. Regarda service veim ein/aus-check verlief schnell unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Für den Eigentümer: Da eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist,habe ich erwartet dass ein Bügeleisen und Brett vorhanden sei-leider fehlt dies. Zudem finde ich dass es 4 liegestühle haben sollte und vielleicht einen besseren (gas)grill als der kleine kohlegrill wäre wünschenswert.

Eine traumhafte Terrasse

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Ein absoluter Traum ist die große Terrasse mit einem gigantischen Blick auf den Gardasee Die Lage ist ideal. Wir werden wieder kommen ☺️

Appartamenti nuovi, ben ristrutturati, spaziosi, ordinati e puliti. Sia Eden 2 sia Eden 3. Terrazza ottima con vista sul lago. Bella posizione in centro paese di Pacengo, piccola frazione di Lazise con una bella chiesa accanto all'abitazione. Si può scendere a piedi fino al lungo lago in pochi minuti. È una bella zona, silenziosa e accogliente anche in inverno. Vicinissima a Lazise e a Sirmione, vicina a bar, servizi, ristoranti locali e supermercato. Posti auto riservati. L'agenzia lavora bene, puntuali e disponibili. Tutto ottimo per famiglie o compagnie di amici in visita al magnifico Garda... Una bella scoperta.

A livello pratico e di correttezza assegnerei il posto auto a ciascun appartamento indicando proprio il numero di riferimento onde evitare confusione perché purtroppo non sempre tutti gli ospiti sono corretti nel rispettare gli spazi fregandosene un po' degli altri...

Located near the church of Pacengo, big balcony, nice TV, air conditioning and quite comfy matresses. Also with elevator and some cute restaurants and bars nearby. Would recommend for up to 5 people though, as the sofa serving as the 6th person‘s bed was quite uncomfortable for our friend.
