Unschlagbar gut ist die gut gepflegte und abgeschlossene und gut gepflegte Gesamtanlage. Ebenso nicht zu toppen ist die wunderschöne Loggia dieser Wohnung mit einem einmalig schönen Blick auf den Gardasee in Lazise. Nehmen Sie bitte die folierten und mit Tesafilm befestigten Hinweise, was das Aufhängen von Handtüchern über die Brüstung der Loggia anbelangt, weg Gestalten Sie den Teil des Wohnraumes mit dem weißen Ledersofa zu einer netten Sitzecke um, indem Sie einen kleinen Tisch und und zwei kleine Sesselchen hinzufügen und zu zu einer gemütlichen Sitzecke gestallten. Trennen Sie sich von dem grünen Eckmöbel. Entfernen Sie die großen Haken aus den Wänden und gönnen sich ein paar schöne Wandbilder. Ein Wandanstrich im Wohnzimmer wäre auch toll.

Schöne Wohnung, schöner Pool, top-Aussicht! Für „Köche“: Küche ist super ausgestattet und Gasherd macht natürlich Spaß. Wichtig: es gibt keine Klimaanlage! Daher werden die Nächte bei 27/28 Grad etwas „hot“. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber….die Eidechsen verwenden den Balkon allerdings als Toilette… Abwicklung spitze und unkompliziert.

Wir bedanken uns für sehr schöne Tage am Gardasee und sind froh, mit ihrer Unterkunft eine wahre „Ur

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in sehr schöner Lage. Sowohl ins Zentrum, als auch zum See sind die Wege kurz und die Ziele innerhalb von 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Küche super ausgestattet und der Blick von der Terrasse über den Gardasee sehr schön. Der, mit anderen Unterkünften, gemeinschaftlich genutzte Pool bietet ausreichend Platz zum Baden und Sonnen. Die Kommunikation verlief zuvorkommend und ohne jegliche Probleme. Die Vermietung war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen.

Der wunderschöne Blick vom sehr breiten und tiefen Balkon über den südlichen See, die hochwertige Ausstattung und der große recht warme Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Organisation der Übergabe und Rückgabe war sehr einfach und es hat alles gut funktioniert. Sehr gut war auch noch, dass es in den 3 Wochen im Mai nur 2 mal kurz geregnet hat und ansonsten schon hochsommerliches Wetter war.

Hier würden wir immer wieder einen Urlaub verbringen. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

Top Wohnung, sauber mit großzügiger Terrasse. Herrlicher Blick auf den Gardasee. Hier gibt´s wirklich nichts zu meckern. Zentral gelegen aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top gepflegten Anlage.

Beeindruckend ist der super Ausblick auf den See und auch der tolle Pool. An sehr warmen Tagen wäre eine Klimaanlage sehr schön
